For example, our Prestige® Ultra air conditioners have a 10-year limited warranty on the compressor, condenser coil and evaporator . Our Air Command® 80 SSE IIQ furnaces have a 5-year limited warranty on parts–and a limited lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. If anything goes wrong with it due to defective materials or workmanship, weÕll replace your furnace. It's just that simple.

To give you the ultimate in reliability, we use strong, durable materials. Inside our air conditioners, you'll find copper tubing 17% thicker than the industry average to improves resistance to moisture and extreme temperatures. We check every coil three times with electronic and pressure testing to detect leaks as small as one ounce in twenty years.

Safeguards are built in to protect your system from excessive temperatures, pressures and shifting electrical currents. We even use an ultraclean prepaint process for a more durable finish and high denisty polymers to resist corrosion.
